I've been waiting for them to fix the button to order poke on this app! The best poke place locally BY FAR. The fish always tastes fresh, the toppings are fantastic, and the portioning is perfect. You really get your bang for your buck. The staff are so polite an consistent (especially with how they make the food) I've tried all the other poke places in here, and Mugi is the best.

This was my first time trying Mugi Ramen and I think it was okay. The broth for the Tonkotsu Ramen (Classic Cream Pork Broth) was saltier than i expected it to be, the noodles were soft and thin but also became soggy really easily. There were also a generous amount of toppings but I took a lot off because of my preferences. I think the best part about the ramen was the Chashu Pork! It was soft and flavorful and it wasn't super chewy. The Takoyaki (4 pcs) didn't have a lot of filling (it was like 80% batter) and it was also very soggy and wasn't crispy on the outside. There are definitely better ramen places in Colorado but this place wouldn't be bad for a general ramen craving!

Honestly the Hirata Buns (1 pc) are overpriced for just one, especially for the way they are packaged. The bun was soggy and just fell through and there was barely any pork.

This is the second time we have ordered from this location in one week and we spent all week thinking about what we were to order on Friday. The food arrived quickly and hot from the restaurant. My son ordered the pork Ramen with extra noodles so that he would have leftovers for breakfast. It is consistently delicious and with minimal packaging on the Ramen. We have ordered soups from other restaurants and it has come with an excess of packaging with everything wrapped separate. I love that the Ramen from here arrives, packaged, simply and effectively. We did not have to warm our food up when it arrived. It is super tasty as well so it is a win-win.
In the past, we have ordered the coconut shrimp, the creamy chicken. Ramen and the fried chicken pieces that I'm forgetting the name of. The fried items arrived, crispy, and hot, which is unusual since fried food often arrives soggy and cold. But not from this restaurant.
We look forward to coming in when our family arrives next week. They are going to be delighted.

I ordered the Shoyu Ramen (Soy Sauce Based Broth) and it was awful. It was so salty that I couldn't even eat it. My broth was almost completely black showing how much soy sauce was in it. Not even half an egg, I paid extra for carrots and only got 1 piece and 1 small piece of pork belly. Super disappointed. The buns were okay but also salty and skimpy filling. The Japanese teriyaki was the only thing we could eat and was an okay value. Would not recommend or reorder.
