The Boneless (14)Wings were good. The outside was crispy, crunchy and the inside juice and cooked well. I got the BBQ and Honey Mustard sauce because I wasn't sure which one I would like. I didn't care for either actually. The BBQ sauce has a vinegar base, which isn't my favorite to be honest, but I also didn't care for the flavor profile of the spices used in the sauce. The honey mustard sauce was weird, the base is mayonnaise and there is very little mustard or honey. There is way too much mayo base. The Garlic Lover Burger had a garlic dressing on it and was yummy. I was worried there would be too much garlic, but it was good. I may order extra sauce next time. The Fresh Cut Fries are exactly like it says, fresh cut. I usually don't like this kind of fry because they are too oily and limp but I'm glad I ordered them, it was delicious. They were seasoned well, not too oily and had a good flavor. I haven't tried the Greek Salad yet, but it looks good. I added chicken to it. Overall, I am very happy with everything I ordered, it was all good. looking forward to trying different items next time I order. Maybe I'll try the garlic parmesan wings next time or the teriyaki.

Consistent great quality food. Everything is always great! Can't go wrong with Mugs. The prices are very reasonable for the portions they give. Love the ribs and pizza. This is my go to late night spot. Love it.

Not their usual quality. cheese curds were uneatable, way overdone, no cheese inside breading and so many tiny pieces of fried breading only.
Atleast half of the gyro meat was too crispy to eat. Sadly not worth the money.

They were good when they first opened, but quality has dropped significantly. Ordered 2 ribs and chicken dinners for the first in a long time.:
Calamari - 0 stars - inedible, rubber bands would have been better.
Fried chicken 1 star - bad
Ribs - 2 stars - edible, that's being generous
Cole slaw 1 star - tasteless.
Not ordering from there again.

I finally decided to try Mugs after a fellow coworker told me that it was her favorite. It all looked delicious, but taste was totally a different story. I just can't put my finger on it, but the pizza was terrible. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce, but the crust tasted like cardboard. My mom had the bbq 12" BBQ Chicken pizza. She complained that there wasntIany onions on her pizza. We also ordered Cheese Fries with Merkts cheddar cheese. They melted the cheese, but when it arrived it was solid. It was hard getting the cheese to stick to the greasy fries. I really had high hopes for this place.
