Meat was cooked almost too long. Sauce was good. Did not receive my Coke Zero

I don't normally complain but we spent over $80. got the burgers, chicken sandwich,loaded potatoes and fries. only thing good was the fries and 6X6 LOADED POTATO SKINS.the 12X12 SMASH BURGER wre just randomly thrown on what seemed a 12pack Hawaiian bread. we had two sandwiches with no burger because they put mabe 6 patties on a 12X12 SMASH BURGER and it was sloppy. we also got the spicy chicken. Ididnt eat i but my kids di and it was a sloppy presentation and 1 tender per 2 bun. we ordered this because we thought it was not the same but kinda like white castle we had at home. burgers were burned. 1 6X6 HOT CHICK'N was 2 buns and it wasn't worth it. presentation was sloppy, it was burned and we fed it to the dogs. will not order again

I got the 6x6 burgerand it was burnt as well as I ordered it no cheese and its like they ignored my request.
