We love my favorite icecream shop but have noticed the portions become drastically smaller each time we go. Sucks because we enjoy their icecream.

Normally it's a solid 5/5 but I was sent cotton candy instead of the flavour I requested. I didn't mind the replacement, it just would have been nice to have the option to select another flavour on my own:)

First time order and didn’t realize how small it was. Ate it same day. Use to your store a lot, for YEARs and always so good, bu my “Sasktoon Berry Pie”, was jjust lke purple sugar. No pe lumps, as before. Would never orderd. The fun is find yummy pieces in it and more flavour. I wasn’t well and needed a treat, but $10 for one day of it was far too much. Please refund, not credit, as DoorDash put a credit for a NO-SHOW delivery. Mad and won’t use them again.
