The curry consisted mostly of leg pieces and bones and hardly any meat to eat. Had nearly 8 leg pieces!

We had a very disappointing experience with our recent order.
The tea we received was not sealed at all — it was left open. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a liquid item during delivery. There’s a high chance of contamination, and because of that, we had to throw it away without even using it.
Also, the onion pakora was not fresh at all. It was very hard and tasted like it had been made at least a day or two earlier. Given the price we are paying, we expect fresh and properly prepared food, especially in warm weather where food quality matters even more.
This is not the level of quality or care we expect when ordering at this price point. We would appreciate this being looked into and a suitable resolution.

I have ordered Soya Chunk Tava Chaat and the taste was not at all good and it has completely raw onions only and very less soya chunks. I feel like eating more onions with less protein.
