• 12/8/24I work in the service industry, so I understand that everything is not always perfect, but these pitas used to be stuffed with the lovely toppings and the meat was tender and flavorful! This pita is really disappointing for $13.55 = ( Gritty meat, 2 1/2 pickle chips, 6 shreds of lettuce, a few chopped cucumbers and tomatoes and some purple cabbage. Oh, and "falafel" the size of a baby mushroom cap and a Coke Zero...$ 30 with tip. Not trying to be a karen but c'mon. "You get what you pay for" doesn't even apply anymore.

• 11/22/22The Falafel Pita was perfect (not soggy), the chips were crisp and the Bottle Diet Coke was nice and cool. Thanks to the restaurant for the great tasting food and for packing well. Thanks to the door dash driver for delivering the food quickly to preserve what was packaged by the restaurant.

• 7/4/24I ordered a Build Your Own Bowl and asked for a scoop of hummus. I was given the regular hummus then a huge lump of their new spicy hummus which ruined the whole thing.
This is also the second time I have ordered a side medium garlic sauce and havnt gotten it.
Side order of falafel is way smaller balls than I remember and they are dried out.

• 8/9/25I've gotten Naf Naf many many times but this was my first time getting the Family Style. It says it can feed 6 people - we got 2 orders (chicken & steak) and the protein wasn't even enough for 5 adults. For the price, very disappointing especially as we have so many leftover sides.
