The first time I had Naguro's Hibachi Steak & Shrimp it was amazing. The rice was perfectly seasoned, and the meat wasn't overcooked. Plenty of vegetables, too. Literal perfection. I've ordered it again, but the quality of preparation is inconsistent. Not ever bad, just sometimes way over done steak and shrimp with just a few under-seasoned veggies, barely a serving. I've had it once with not enough shrimp and once with a ridiculously small serving of steak. Sometimes the rice tastes like it's mostly been seasoned with pepper. I love pepper, but I expect a lot more flavor. It always tastes fresh, though. I'll order this again, but eventually I'd stop if the quality continues to be inconsistent. If you pick up your order In person, the people are helpful and friendly.

Great food for a great price . Always fresh and tasty , prompt service that always excels and never leaves you feeling like you're not getting everything you could ask for . Good portions for what you're ordering . I'd order again . Comes as fresh as can be . A well done menu with plenty of items to choose from , delicious food for a great price

The Steak, Chicken & Shrimp was to die for as always! So fresh and the biggest portions! If you're craving some hibachi they are the ones to order from!

The Yum Yum Roll was really good and surprisingly filling. Larger than I expected it would be. The Chicken Hibachi was good but the chicken was a little overcooked and dry. I chose to have the noodles which were a tad salty next time I will try the rice. Overall I would definitely order again and definitely looking forward to trying other menu items!

The last time I ordered this, it was amazing. Truly perfect. However, this time it was so, so bland - like it was seasoned with barely salt and pepper. Everything was cooked correctly, but the flavor was MISSING. I don't drown my food in "yum yum" sauce, in fact I find it pretty bad and don't even use it, so I expect the food to be well-seasoned (not simply salt and pepper for a hibachi dinner). Also, I only got four shrimp. Pretty sure I had six last time. This meal was only worthy of two stars, but I'm giving it three since it was so delicious and 5 stars last time. I think they can do better. I'll probably order this one more time and hope for the best. I really hope they fix whatever issue they had, so they don't go out of business!!
