Has been one of my favorite places to eat as a vegetarian for many years! Recently discovered they took avocado off their menu but charge more for the Aloha Plate even though it has less ingredients than before. Still tastes great but disappointing pricing and adjustment for vegetarian. Not sure $16 is worth what you get without the avocado on this item.

Pretty disappointed with this order... Namu has always been amazing, I've been going there for at least 6-7 years. My most recent order though was surprising. I ordered the spicy tofu plate like always and I was given twice the amount of rice than usual, barely grilled cold tofu, and two bites of cucumber and spinach salad each.
I believe the driver knocked around the box so it arrived a mess, but whoever prepared my order also really skimped on the portions and quality of preparation. I included a picture of a previous order from June with a pic of my recent order for reference. You can see the difference.
Idk if it was because they're busy, or because I used a DD promo code and Doordash took the cost difference from them, but it feels like a conscious choice to cut corners here to save on costs. I understand needing to adjust these things as needed, but the cuts on this order was excessive. I don't think I'll order delivery going forward, and just stick to ordering in-person.

Food was cold when it arrived- and we live maybe four miles away- the dasher was on time so I think it was made earlier . I don't think cold pork is very appealing.
And WHY the hell did you take the avocado off the Aloha bowl?! Oh, but raised the price... this came with four or five pieces of tofu, maybe 6 pieces of pineapple, some rice and noodles. Cheap food but we are paying more... make it make sense. You removed the ingredient that brought the dish together. Also, your SEVEN DOLLAR SIDE Mac salad? A scoop is not worth it. Especially if it's not fresh. Used to love this cart and had been recommending it for years but I don't think we will order ever again.

Always great food and flavorful sides. Kimchi, not sure if it's vegan too but definitely hits the mark. Delicious.
