Hi, I’m really disappointed with the quality of my order. The food arrived cold, was very dry and had barely any flavour. The Portuguese roll was particularly disappointing as it was extremely dry and stale, making it unpleasant to eat. Overall, the food was not fresh, lacked flavour and was not enjoyable at all. I don’t feel the meal was worth the money I paid, and I’d appreciate a refund for this order, please

Really disappointed. I ordered a half chicken and half of it was completely burnt. The smell of char hit me as soon as I opened the box, and it tasted just as burnt as it looked. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but the quality control on the grill lately has been terrible.1/2 PERi-PERi Chicken

Usually it's fantastic, but the last time I ordered I got a portion significantly smaller than usual, not sure the value is as good anymore
