Neither sandwich had more than a few pieces of coleslaw on them which was very disappointing, really needed that crunch on the Chicken Sand, otherwise delicious. As fresh as it could be for arriving an hour after it had been ordered.

This is the second time I've tried this place and it's still just not hitting the mark
the hot is more like a medium
one piece of chicken was cooked well and the other was dry and had a sour taste to it. they do have decent fries.
even though it's ordered on door dash and it says the order is ready for pick up, you still end up waiting quite a while.

I'm sooooooo hooked on this and it's soooooooooo good they gave me suchhh a huge portion the Nanu's #5. Loaded waffle fries perfect hotness perfect flavor just everything is fresh and good!

Absolutely amazing. I will order from there again. The food was still really hot when it got to me and very fresh. The amount of chicken and fries you get is well worth the money

I think Nanu's takes their food seriously, the counter person was kind and helpful, the store was bright and clean.
Unfortunately the chicken and the coating were both near flavorless and my guess is severely lacking in salt. My recommendation to Nanu's is to keep doing what you're doing and don't be afraid to salt the chicken and add salt to your batter! I'll try to again in August.
