By far the best Hani Special ive had from National! The cheese fries lacked enough cheese to be completely eaten, but overall a good meal!

Wings fried hard just like I like them (usually 5 wings per 1/2 pound) and chili cheese fries always have minimal cheese and chili so I get extra cheese and extra chili on my chili cheese fries. I like that they staple and/or tape the bags. If they can find a way to staple and tape bags for the drinks, I'd get drinks with my orders too. But since it's not, I don't trust any drink that's not tamper proof. But food is always fresh and tasty.

My family and I loved the food here at this location either day or night time. The food portion is excellent and it's never more or less, it's just about right. The food is always made fresh and hot when we come here to pick up our order every so often. The customer service is always fantastic, polite, nice and respectful every time we visit this restaurant location compared to the other locations in the macomb county. We never had any issue whatsoever at this location, but we always check our order to see if we have everything before we leave the restaurant after we pickup our order. Sometimes the employees will forget about some things with your order in the bag or drinks that you ordered, but it happens, we can't be perfect all the time. Nevertheless, the customer service, food, quality, speed and atmosphere are always excellent at this location.

the Coney Omelet was good but pretty small and I know I asked for well done hash browns but they were very crispy and there was such a small amount there was only 3 maybe 4 bites worth ... made for a nice crunch mixed with the omelette I guess

It's real hit or miss. Sometimes I've loved my food. Today was a miss. Hasbrowns were raw. They forgot my toast. Egg shells in my eggs. No syrup for my daughter's pancakes. Price point is good, wish the food always was.
