Ordered two bowls and both tasted like they were melted and then refroze. Super icy texture and tasted very bland. I've ordered at least 100 times before and by far the worst quality I've ever experienced.

I got the Yacht Sunrise Bowl - 24 oz and didn't get any toppings other than the 2 of the 3 extras I added.... this is the 2nd time this has happened and the store never reached out to make it right.... Won't be ordering from this location again!
