• 5/18/26I just can't get enough of the Build Your Own Parfait Small. Never would have thought chia seeds tasted so yummy in the vanilla with the cocoa nibs and coconut whip cream. Waffles are very dense and filling. Great deals also. Have tried just about everything and it's all so unique in flavors and so healthy. Fresh berries always presentation is always on point.

• 12/2/25This is the best bowl place! Fresher ingredients but the prices are reasonable. I love the creative presentation- the chia parfait is my favorite although everything is good. I feel much better after eating here than the others- no crash or feeling suddenly ravenously hungry. I often skip the agave. Servings are good & price is based on ounces, not whether the container looks completely full.

• 6/8/26Some of the most consistent and fresh ingredients I've ever ordered. The flavor is exactly what I need in the AM along with all the nutrients for the Build Your Own Parfait Small and is definitely not small !! Enjoy the Cocoa nibs and coconut whip along with the very fresh strawberries and chia seed pudding. Can't get enough of it! Also enjoy the protein waffles and I ordered 2 on a buy one get one deal and I had to take the other two home to share.

• 11/25/25The smoothie is slightly sweet and super yummy I was scared it would taste bad because it's relatively low calorie. The parfait is also very good and my smoothie wasn't melted neither was my parfait. Fruits taste fresh

• 4/5/26these fruit bowls are really healthy and for how healthy they are they taste really really good, I would most likely get fruit bowls like multiple times a week, if they weren't 30ish minutes away, because well driving there all the time isnt ideal and then ordering i gotta pay like an extra 20 bucks from the distance which isnt ideal either. other than that this is a great place, gotta be my favorite place to get food personally.
