The bowls and smoothies are always really tasty and perfect after a workout, however the service is a little lackluster. Whenever I go the employees are always huddled in the back where the freezer is and you have to flag and wave someone down to ask for a pickup order. And 9 times out of 10 something is always missing from my order that was an extra cost.

Paid for added coconut shreds and we got a sprinkle of it. So not worth the 1.75 we paid for on our orders. One had like 10 little shreds whereas when we go to other Nekters, we get a generous scoop

I ordered the protein power bowl and it was just mainly The liquid base hardly any fruit. hardly any granola. it literally came as a drink in a bowl. So disappointing.

I ordered 2 drinks from here and it were AWFUL
The Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein tasted like ice ans water, not even close-to cocoa powder and peanut butter, I reported it to the store they dont even gave me a refund. I have been orderedmany stuff from nekter before, but this store i will never comeback, so irresponsible customer support and awful taste of drink
For another I ordered Make Your Own Juice, I didn't add any ginger to it but it just tasted exactly like ginger. Which i can't drink
Awful store, steal money from customer for bad quality drinks

Shortcake looked like someone nibbled off it and was burned. When it is overcooked, it becomes in edible. It is so hard and dry.
