• 1/20/24Everything was wonderful! The Pollo Guisado I recieved 2 chicken, I wanted 1 or 2 more loll. They usually really pack up the food for your plate. Everything great! Please make your Cheese Finger/Palitos de Queso in like a package deal like 5 of them for whatever $. Omg bro they're fireeeee

• 2/8/24Very yummy , the Patacon was not too cruchy and very huge , great portion for price has lettuce and tomato , fry dominican cheese . The Morirsoñando ive had better ones before feelthis is not the right balance of milk to orange juice .

• 7/2/25I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the meal my guest and I were served during our recent visit to Nelly Latin Restaurant.
We were two paying adults, yet the portions we received were shockingly small — more fitting for a toddler’s plate than a full meal. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The chicken was overcooked and dry, while the pork chops were completely bland, lacking any seasoning or flavor. It honestly tasted like something that had been microwaved and tossed on a plate with no care or attention.
We came in expecting a satisfying Latin meal and left feeling completely let down and still hungry. Given the prices, we expected quality and authenticity, but unfortunately, neither was delivered.
This experience has left a very bad impression, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your food and service moving forward.

• 9/23/25I usually enjoythe food from Nelly's.Today's order was a miss. I ordered the pernil.I got about a third of unedible fat in my container. Would be good customer service to remove the fat.

• 1/11/25I ordered Tostones, Sopa De Pollo and 1. Pollo, Arroz, Habichuelas Y 1 Lata De Soda. Tostone were delicious, 9/10. The chicken soup tasted delicious as well, but the noodles were so overcooked they were really mushy. The most disappointing was the 1. Pollo, Arroz, Habichuelas Y 1 Lata De Soda, the chicken I got must have been a left over piece which is fine but it was 75% bone and ligaments, and it was STONE cold compared to the rice which was hot. It tasted good but there was so little chicken I could actually eat. the beans were my favorite part.
