I'm half way through the burrito and I kid you not I've only eaten 4 small pieces of steak. 80% of my bites were just rice and beans.
There doesn't appear to be guacamole or sour cream, at least not enough for it to taste like anything.
The burrito itself was wrapped too loosely and difficult to eat; it literally fell apart.
The Diet Coke also tasted chemically, but maybe that's just me. I wouldn't order from here again.

Burrito was soaked and soggy because they didn't drain the excess chicken juice. Was way overpacked. Can't really eat it. Also the flavor is totally different from the same one I had yesterday.... not in a good way. Some kind of overpowering spice in it today that's not good. Quality is good. But consistency and portion is kinda ruining it for me... also I had to spend $25 with tip to get one burrito. And I do very simple burritos.
Door dash is robbing people. I only use it in a pinch. The fees are just outrageous and the markups

I ordered a Philly Burrito which should have meat & cheese in it. This burrito had a huge amount of rice, and what should have been green peppers tastes like jalapenos and feels like it too, my mouth is burning. There was 1 tiny strip of meat, there was no cheese, it did have excessive rice, lettuce, sour cream and peppers. This was the biggest mistake of an order I have ever made. Definitely will NOT order from here again. Folks save your money and your taste buds.

I love the food but Neo is getting really skimpy on the amount of meat, lettuce, cheese, guac. and sour cream. I even paid for extra chicken and they did not add it. I have eaten here for years so this is very disappointing and sometimes they leave a whole entire entree out. Poorly done Neo!
