Everything Beet is incredible. Fresh and light, full of flavor. Seasonal: Watermelon Gazpacho refreshing on a hot day, all but drank it down as soon as I opened it.

So scrumptious, so filling! I chose to pick my own salad mix. The pickled celery and pickled beets were refreshingly mild! Everytime I have gotten food from here the greenery is always fresh and green and I'm never disappointed.

Seasonal: Watermelon Gazpacho was a pleasant surprise! It was so delicious and refreshing that I ate the whole bowl. The Umami Crunch was fresh and crisp! The flavors in the salad married so well together. This was my first time trying this restaurant and will order again!

Got a build-your-own salad and a side of chewy cheesy bread. Delicious and super fresh - every ingredient was great. Very happy to have found this place on my very first trip to St Louis and will definitely order again!

wow! I decided to doordash for lunch today after being recommended this place from a friend awhile ago. Honestly, havent been so satisfied from a doordash order in a long time. This place exceeded my expectations. The portions were perfect & food was fresh, healthy with beautiful presentation and eco-friendly packaging. Looking forward to ordering again and checking out the resturant.
