the pints are extremely overpriced to be mainly ice cream with little to no toppings. the cookie {P} Cookie Dough (GES)was just sweet cream ice cream with 4 small cookie dough bits. same with {P} Cookies N' Cream (GS), which contains maybe one oreos total.

Tried Cookie Monster and it was 10/10 - lots of yummy chunks of goodies, brownies, cookie dough, Oreos...I would get this again. I also ordered a 14oz hand packed Salted Cookies and Cream. It's generally a household fave from New City- but oddly, there were no cookie chunks in it this time. We truly enjoy this ice cream - but they really can be inconsistent-which for the money- is very disappointing.

I found out after frustration trying to find a way to put toppings on my icecream topping choices that also where cut in Half by the new owner, that they no longer have the option cuz of people trying to be cheap an not pay 4 the toppings ruining it 4 everyone else!!
so I called n the employee working said I'll put ur Strawberry sauce in a separate bag just this once but when it got here last night I was disappointed again NO STRAWBERRY SAUCE TOPPING 4 my Ice Cream but otherwise they have the BEST "REAL" TASTING ICE CREAM,
BEST FLAVORS n real whipped cream!! yummy 😋
