Pho was mediocre, the "rare beef" was cooked/steamed because it was packaged with the warm noodles. The spring rolls were poorly made and rolled with wilted Thai basil. I was hoping to get my pho fix but this is definitely not the place to get pho.

The "Vietnamese salad" is not authentic, it is missing something. My ba used to make this all the time when I was a kid & this was very disappointing that it was not made correctly. They also have a small portion size & shredded cabbage, carrot for $10 small portion is outrageous. I also asked for extra bean sprouts & green onions & I did not receive them. I keep trying to find an authentic Vietnamese restaurant since dac hoa has closed & it seems nearly impossible because everyone keeps watering down authentic recipes for a quick buck & the American taste buds that don't know the difference. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Pho was extremely bland, and the bun Bo hue was a good level of spicy but not rich. Also, the chicken and pork we each got were both practically tastless and very scrunched-up looking, it was odd.
