They have never had the food ready on time. Whether I'm picking up or having it delivered (which they do themselves), it is always late. It's sad because the food is good, but they don't understand their own order out times and continuously have me waiting around. Mamma Angela's is in town, better, and has never been late.

I usually like NY J&P, but this time I got a chicken parm sub that was drier (little sauce) and less flavorful than usual. J&P delivery is confusing and not updated on the app.

Terribly bland pizza, the pepperoni/mushroom... tasted like fake chicken shawarma (mushrooms) and their own delivery drive doesnt even communicate to you that it was delivered.
