This is the best chinese food in baltimore. My favorite dish is the Pork Soup Dumplings (4). They arrive hot and delish. Each one is 1 big mouthful so you can feel the soup release as you bite into it. Occasionally one breaks and releases the broth, but you can eat the dumpling & drink it out of the container, if you want.
The Vegetable & Tofu Egg Drop Soup is thick, flavorful broth, with tiny squares of tofu and mushrooms.
The Chicken Lettuce Wrap has a wedge of fresh crispy iceberg lettuce and large portion of chicken. The cauliflower was very spicy and served as very large chunks. I wish they were smaller and a light dipping sauce to pair.

The Signature Pork Soup Dumplings (3) were awesom, as always. However for the price I'd like just one more dumpling. The other dumplings were great, too, as was the Tapa Shredded Pork with Spicy Garlic Sauce

The Signature Bamboo Fish is excellent. It's cooked really well and well spiced. The Egg Scallion Fried Rice is solid, but it eats like a side, which is fine. The Szechuan Popcorn Chicken eats sweet but there's enough savoriness to balance it out. I think NiHao sauces things with more sweetness than I'm used to; I had the same issue with kungpao chicken in the past.

The Combination Fried Rice was fantastic! Generously portioned and seasoned well. The Szechuan Popcorn Chicken had a delghtful crunch and seasoning that was just the right amount of heat.

I usually love Nihao. But I was very disappointed with my order. The Tapa Dry Spicy Bamboo Fish was extremely over fried and instead of receiving well prepared pieces of fish as usual the prices were basically fried crumbs. If I didn't know what I ordered I wouldn't even know what I was eating.
