• 10/27/25The Braised Beef Noodle Soup (Mid Spicy) was so tasty through and through, arrived perfectly hot and with great flavor. It was a good amount of soup and tasted fresh. Not much beef though, mostly inedible chunks of fat and only one meaty piece, would still order again because the piece I did get was fall apart delicious. The Sichuan Style Dumpling was good, until I hit a hard fat chunk inside one. That sichuan spice!

• 6/14/23Everything was excellent! The A1. Handmade Sichuanese Style Dumpling 钟水饺 order was incredibly tasty. The real star was the Ma La Base Maocai Hot Pot 麻辣冒菜. I ordered it "extremely spicy" and "extremely numbing." Restaurants will often hold back, and I appreciate that Nine Way does not. Just great!

• 10/7/23D7. Sweet Water Noodle 甜水面 are AMAZING. Perfect level of spice and flavor/broth. I order the D1. Nine Way Noodle 玖味小面 Everytime I order and they never disappoint.

• 9/3/22The nine way D1. Nine Way Noodle 玖味小面 and A2. Handmade Wonton in Clear Broth 清汤抄手 are the best I have ever had. I will definitely be a regular here!

• 1/5/26Quality of beef became much much worse than previous, which was top in town, unfortunately not anymore. Now tastes like pre-made microwaveable package you can buy anywhere, no selection or tendon, no tender and juicy beef anymore. Too bad.
