It's an understatement to say I'm a HUGE Korean Foodie, that said, the beef bulgogi in the half and half special tasted like beef with soy sauce so that was sad. Also I had no idea what the special half and half was going to be, there was no details in the description but I took a chance and it ended up being bulgogi and chicken teriyaki. The chicken teriyaki was DELICIOUS and I never say that because I never order that at places because it seems so basic, but it was surprisingly VERY good here. My husband on the other hand loves chicken teriyaki and he really liked it here, so looks like we'll order again for something fast and quick. We both had enough to eat it for lunch and some for dinner, the portions were enormous!

HUGE PORTIONS. Great if you're on a budget, will last multiple meals. Wasn't huge on the teriyaki chicken dish. Had a strange smell, the spicy honey chicken was great though. Egg rolls are good, but they're more like spring rolls.

Normally their food is pretty good but this time I just spent over $35 to get burnt crusties of chicken that don't have any chicken inside, It's just all breading.
I also ordered a full chicken Katsu cutlet, but instead I got 1/4th of a chicken Katsu cutlet but was charged for a full-size Katsu cutlet and the tofu had zero flavor. It was simply just heated up tofu wasn't marinated or anything.
This just might be a problem with this location. Out of all the ninja bowls I've gone to this location is the one that seems to have the most problems. If it's possible for you to go to the ninja bowl in banks, I would recommend that. They have much higher consistency and quality than this location.

Really good food with well fast services. Good portion for the bowl with everything to be fresh. Yet, I mostly order Korean Spicy Chicken but main issue, I usually get way too much spice or too much sauce. Which they have a option of "no spicy." Which I used that option for the first time and came with less sauce that is edible. Ordered again for the next week or two. And wrote down I shouldn't be using thay option as if they got that from doordash app??? Replacing with teriyaki, still good tho🤷🏻♂️
