Both the Fire Roll and Volcano Roll we're so fresh and delicious. It's been some of the best sushi I've ever had, and I've ordered it twice this week.  Niu Sushi & Ramen is a small business worth supporting!!!

Ramen broth was flavorful, but definitely not medium spicy.  The chicken was dried out and looked old/reheated and there was barely any. For $17, not worth it at all.

The Braised Beef Ramen was really good but I wish they put a lil bit more meat and more broth. The fried bun was good too but they gave me 3 lil pieces for $6+.

Braised Beef Ramen is really good. Delivered still hot. Medium spicy needs to be more spicy though. But the broth is really good! Great portion size!
