My order came as a slushee and I ordered a size 16 oz but my drink is way smaller than that. I've ordered it from uber eats before and gone to the establishment in person and both of my drinks were made wrong.

I was soooo impressed by this boba tea place! My favorite part is the fact that they have so many unique flavors! Avocado and Almond, and the mixtures they let you do is awesome! It stands up to its name!

5+ stars. Impeccable customer service. Josh and Nic are amazing.I accidentally left my wallet at home, so I was trying to use the tap pay wallet thing on my phone but it wasn't working. So then we figured out I could order online for pickup. Then I had some more technical difficulties because of course I did (I accidentally locked myself out of my google pay account). Both guys provided some of the best customer service I've had in a while. Each so patient and friendly. Josh went out of his way to chat about w me, while I was sorting everything reassuring me that oy was fine. They both apologized (for no reason) because they felt bad I was having a tough time sorting it out.
My anxiety can sky rocket in situations like this when I feel like I'm being annoying or making someone do more. Instead of me feeling flustered and stressed, they both made me feel like it was no problem. Also, with all the extra steps, I ended up ordering a second drink and adding popping strawberry, generating
