My review is harsh because this food did not stack up even to other BBQ joints in Dearborn. Although it was affordable, it was disappointing. The brisket only had a small portion that tasted seasoned. It was way too fatty and felt oily. The macaroni and cheese was pretty bland. The cornbread was the most flavorful, but it crumbled into so many tiny pieces that it was heard to eat. The BBQ sauce had a good heat profile but I just didn't think the flavor was good. I've been meaning to check out Noah's but I'm sorry to say I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered the plate with 3 protiens, The sausage was over-cooked and dry. The brisket was almost as if it had been braised not like BBQ, no smoke ring. The lamb was dry and virtually tasteless. Best thing in my order was the cornbread. We will never order from this place again.

Smoked samosas are ingenious appetizers! Smoked lamb is wonderful. Mac and cheese is also very good. No pork on the menu, but overall this is still some of the best barbecue you can find in metro Detroit.
