Good customer service, when they accidentally make a mistake they do everything possible to fix it and we feel satisfied to continue trusting in the excellent quality of their food. Thank you so much for everything. We continue to prefer them.

I bought this to try a different crust. the xtra-stuffed crust means almost no pizza and all crust. also I order without mushrooms and got mushroom. It tasted slightly burnt. I would not order again.
on the cookie it came tightly rapped in cling wrap. it was impossible to open with out turning to crumbs.

We were charged nearly $3 for mushrooms and had hardly any on it. Pizza and breadsticks were cold despite app showing dasher on way to restaurant and dropping off in normal time. Very disappointing considering this was $45 for a pizza and breadsticks. Pizza was not good, and breadksticks were rock hard.

Pizza was burnt, we ordered Sicilian with Canadian bacon and mushrooms. I think there were 4 mushrooms and a few pieces of Canadian bacon on the entire pizza. This is for certain Covid quality, it's gone down hill.

We love Noble Roman's, but this time we ordered delivery and crafted our own pizzas, which is one of the reasons we love them. They got everything right, except the extra cheese part. As you can see in the pictures, both of the pizzas are lacking cheese, especially the Craft Your Own Pizza (Medium) which the only thing we wanted was extra cheese. On the other Craft Your Own Pizza (Large) we like extra cheese because it holds all the toppings together.
Delicious pizza, we just feel ripped off cause we asked and are upcharged for extra cheese, then it's blatantly obvious there's hardly the normal amount of cheese.
