This store has the special instructions turned off but won't answer the phone to fulfill my request(just wanted the cookies well done) People wouldn't call if they allowed the special requests/instructions. When the cookies arrived not only were they not fully cooked/well done but my 6 pack came with 5 cookies. I never experience this issue when I am at the Albany location and I don't feel like I would order again from the Cohoes location.

Life long customer out of us!! Definitely would order again taste fantastic so fresh best portions ever the double chocolate chip cookie was amazing

Love this place... open late.. there ice cream isabsolutely delicious. And there cookies are perfect.. I order from here atleast 4 timesa week a

As always it was delicious. Cookies are perfect every time. My only complaint just this one time is the ice cream for the first time ever was just meh. It looked like the top half of the container had thawed, and then refroze making the some of the ice cream a little frost bitten and icy. Other than that seriously u can't go wrong with these cookies
