The food here is absolutely AMAZING so delicious I had the pork chops with collard greens and cornbread 10 out of 10. The food is so authentic no other place makes it like this!!

This was the worst placeto get food from! The rotel was oily and taste spoiled. They only had one shrimp on four eggs. The egg filling was so water and taste likethey put ranch in it. Wings soggy. Kool aid taste like they use tapwater . The sandwiche had a weird sauce that made them soggy! Meatballs taste like frost bite. Worst Baby Shower Deluxe i had in my life!!! Dont order!

Fish was salty and overcooked. The cornbread was burnt. The gumbo greens were the only thing edible. Too expensive for hit and miss food.

I'm a foodie and tried this restaurant for the first time since the restaurant is new. Gumbo came with two shrimp and a huge fatty hamhock, not seasoned to taste but spicy and the rice was overcooked and gummy hard. The cabbage came with fatty bacon which it was watery with no taste which you have to add to the watery gumbo. I would not recommend their gumbo, very disappointing for a Nola style restaurant. I figured something was wrong when the meal kept being delayed when they are less than a mile away.

two pieces of shrimp. pasta was mush. crawfish hard and rubbery. I hope this is not the taste of the south. super disappointed especially considering I ordered this at the airport; last meal in my favorite foodie city. first place in Houston I've been so upset with. do better.
