Catering arrived organized neatly in a box. Portion sizing was great, and easily fed ~10 people. The sides (takoyaki, popcorn chicken, etc) were tasty as well!

They don't pack the food well for delivery. The Japanese Milk Pudding was mostly a liquid because it was packed with no barrier next to a hot Unadon (Unagi Bowl) - which contained fish bones and the soft boiled eggs were packed face down so all the yolk spilled out onto the rice. This dish also contained two raw pieces of broccoli under the fish...which is weird.
I wouldn't order from here again. Bummer.

Popcorn Chicken Bento was hot very seasoned portion was very good Popcorn Chicken also was very good, the bad reviews were not correct based on the food I received. I had a different experience, I will order again !

The Popcorn Chicken is so unbelievable salty it's inedible, and the chicken is really chewy It tastes like pure salt. The Unadon (Unagi Bowl) is bland and the eel was also super chewy. Maybe they're just having a bad day

The food was a bit dry. I prefer the curry versions of Katsu at this restaurant much more. Portion size was good though.
