The Double Lamb Burger tasted good at first, but a bit odd—and then I looked down and realized it was raw. I mean this is thawed out and then slapped on a bun raw, not just kind of rare.
And a place that explicitly only serves their ground meat medium well, it's probably because it's not safe to eat without thorough cooking, and I just did exactly that. Fingers crossed that I don't get sick.
