Lanzhou beef noodle soup was delicious, beef was very lean. The broth was great except for being too oily, should have had chili sauce in a separate container. Fried rice had white chicken, lean beef and big shrimp, very good. Pork buns are quite authentic. Thank you.

Ordered the B4. Chicken Mushroom Noodle with soup it was so bad I couldn't eat it. The broth was tasteless and the chicken looked fake and discolored. I do not recommend this no where close to traditional ramen place. I've tried a lot of different ramen and this was by far the worst I've had quality and taste.

Love the won ton noodle soup. Its not spicy and so filling. Love that they send the noodles separate from the broth.

B5 and B8 had a very basic broth. Would have been nice to have the option to spice it up or even just some sriracha on the side. It was very bland. The B7. Shanxi Knife Sliced Noodle Soup was well spiced and flavorful. Loved the meatballs and thick style noodles (would order again). A7. Xiao Long Bao (Pork Bun) were my favorite

My Wife & I have eaten at NoodleMan a few times and we love it. This was the first time having it delivered and they did not disappoint. Everything was packed with care and it was just as delicious as eating at the restaurant. Thank you, NoodleMan!!
