• 3/12/23Had their skirt steak with potatoes and spinach and it was well season and perfect temp in the steak. I love this little gem of a cafe. On Wednesday's they have half priced bottles of wine. Had a really good sparkling rose. Then there's their service that I'm always impressed by.

• 9/13/25I love Nordstrom Cafe, and I love their Heirloom Tomatoes & Burrata , but when I order them for delivery, they are just dumped upside-down into a cardboard container that absorbs the liquid that makes them tasty. I expect better presentation from Nordstrom.

• 3/27/22What a disappointment! The steak used to be my favorite but I will not order again. The price went way up but the steak got smaller. I asked for medium well and it came burnt on the outside and tough on the inside. I wouldn't give it to my dog. Not worth $27 or even half the price!!

• 9/25/24James, the manager, went above and beyond. He called to make sure he understood the notes we left on our order and let us know the delivery driver would be a bit late. Although it wasn't the restaurant's fault, James kindly threw a surprise in with our order for the delay.
By far the best service ive ever received from a restaurant I was not even dining-in at.

• 1/5/22I have eaten at Nordstrom's Café for more than 30 years. I love everything on the menu, especially the She Crab soup on Fridays, the Ginger Sesame Chicken Salad, the Chicken Caesar Salad, and the lemon frosted cookie. I took my daughter there in her stroller, and then my grandson in his stroller. He's older now, but he still loves to eat at the Café.
