We ordered 2 lasagna soups , they put the noodles in the side. But they only gave enough noodles for one soup .
The lettuce in the Cesar salad was more yellow than green. The photo of the kids chicken Alfredo shows grilled chicken strips , but we opened it and it was shredded chicken. 100% will not order from North Italia on door dash. The food is better in the restaurant.

The bolognese with gluten-free pasta was delicious and very meaty. The right amount of noodles to sauce. The cavatelli with gluten-free pasta was disappointing. The sauce was different... more watery and overly lemony with no other flavors. The lump crab was dumped in without being mixed with the sauce and the shrimp were overdone and tough. Mostly pasta noodles. This dish seems to be inconsistent even when ordered on site so probably won't try again. The Italian doughnuts were soft, tender, and delicious and everyone loved the lemon custard-like dipping sauce. Wish they'd make another dessert with that alone. The tiramisu was tasty. The take-home version in the paper cup always seems to be varying degrees of watery and a little less flavorful. Would still from here again, but food seems to be better when ordered on site.

Lumache Alla Norcina was supposed to have fennel sausage - it had none. Not in whole form, crumbled form, stuffed in form - just none at all. Also, rapini - 3 tiny pieces. And, just a thought of a dusting of black truffle - thought it was pepper to season honestly. So, $23 for weak Mac and cheese. White Chocolate Spiced Apple Butter Cake was ok, only ok - nothing to denote the price though honestly and certainly did not take the bad taste of the pasta out of my mouth. Cacio E Pepe Arancini was the absolute highlight bc they were crispy and the pesto based dipping sauce made up for their lackluster seasoning otherwise. Simple was divine, the dressing was spectacular. Jump Start was perfect. Napkins & Utensils were not forgotten. I had wanted a food experience like I had the first time I went to North Italia (South End), but the misstep from this experience makes me question if my only other experience with this establishment was like a unicorn sighting - a fairytale.

I enjoyed the Spicy Rigatoni but was surprised that my adult meal portion was the same size as the chicken Alfredo kids meal that was half the price.
