The homemade pulled noodles were very tender, didn't fall apart, came separate from the broth.
The meat albeit small portions, the meat was tender and flavorful.
The Bok Choy was very fresh and still crunchy meaning it wasn't over cooked.
The broth itself is very flavorful, tastes Taiwanese almost, all in all I really enjoyed this and the price point was good.
9.25 out 10. Great stuff.

I'm currently sick & craving some soup which I remembered was really delicious from this restaurant. I ordered the Braise Spicy Beef Noodle Soup which came packaged in a spill-proof container with the noodles separated so they wouldn't get soggy on transport to me. As soon as I opened the package, the aromatic broth filled the air & I could see it was a good portion that would last me 2 meals. The broth was light, the noodles were a nice consistency, & the meat was tender. I ordered mild spicy so it wouldn't be so intense on my taste buds but if I was feeling better I'd probably get regular spicy. It was a very comforting meal while I was feeling under the weather. I would definitely order again; in store or takeout, it didn't disappoint.

i've loved this place in the past. sadly, tonight's dinner was off. the Cold Cucumber Salad was really soggy and the cucumber were soft. unfortunately their Pan Fried Pork Potsticker(8pcs) have changed a lot. the stuffing is still fantastic but the wrapper is really thin and tastes like a won ton wrapper. the fried chicken (pop corn chicken) was overcooked and blah. i feel bad writing this because i really love this restaurant but they dropped the ball on dinner tonight.

Food is perfect! The Chongqing Crispy Chicken comes with rice just like it does when you eat at the restaurant. Dasher was very polite and kind.
