The best Mongolian Beef we've ever had in the US (my family is Chinese)! We're newly obsessed with this restaurant and very excited Long Beach finally has good/authentic Chinese food that isn't greasy. The Mongolian Beef also comes with white rice.

Love this authentic Chinese restaurant, it has your standard American Chinese orange chicken, which is incredibly good actually. This is the most authentic tasting Chinese food in Long Beach. Pork wantons in chili oil was amazing, Dan Dan noodles was good but on the peanuty side. String beans was crispy and fresh. The eggplant I had in the restaurant was different and more fresh than the one I got from delivery. Quite oily and a little over cooked to an eggplant mush. Beef roll was huge, very good to share. Pig ears did not seem as fresh, just doesn't have that extra crunch but taste is legit.

Will order again!! The portions are always top notch. No matter if I eat in or order out.Beef Noodle Soup 清汤牛肉面 tastes so good.I was sick and it was just what I needed. My boyfriend had the Beef Pancake (2) and Fried Shrimp Pops (5) 炸虾球. I have never seen him enjoy something with just one bite. Everything was fresh, delicious, and sensational.

The Steamed Custard Buns 奶黄包 (3) are a stand alone dish! They are always superbly fresh. I often order them alone. Who says you can't have desert for a main course? Perfect portions to share or for one.

Beyond delicious. Way better than most delivery orders anywhere else. Dumplings were so juicy and flavorful, and that sauce was out of this world. Incredibly good. Hot and sour soup some of the best I've ever had in my life too! Highly recommend. A+
