Beef Roll was delicious but the sauce was not liquid more like chunks of chill and oil.. I paid extra for a large & was given a small.

We used to love Northern Cafe but this location was trash. Guessing it's a cloud kitchen because the food was basic greasy and not the usually delicious fare we expect from the westwood and Brentwood locations. The dumpling skins were so thick they were inedible. The wontons in spicy sauce were not spicy. Everything was flavorless. Such a disappointment especially at this price point.

I used to like this place but the Mapo and the Chongqing Crispy chicken were just disgusting as we ordered the last time. Lack of flavor and way to expensive for what it was

I really wanted to like this place based on reviews i've read both here and on google, however, it was so hard to eat let alone enjoy. The noodles were so overcooked they were mushy. I'm no more than 5 min down the road so it didnt.even travel far. The broth alone was okay- a little on the oily side. The beef was good, but not good enough to carry the rest of the dish- bad as it was, on it's back. First time ordering, and just might be the last.
