The flavors are incredible (especially for delivery). The Scallion Pancake was a pleasant surprise, not nearly as eggy as I've had elsewhere. The Shanghai Soup Dumplings could have had more broth, but still pretty good. The Mix Dumplings was a great way to try the different flavors. I got Lamb & Zucchini, Pork & Fennel, Beef & Carrot, Pork & Chives, Chicken & Corn, and Shrimp Pork & Chives. Incredibe flavors. My only criticism is that I wish they made it easier to identify the different kind of dumplings. Right now it's kind of a surprise lol. The Hot & Sour Soup tastes perfect, is properly thick, but I wish there was more solids in it. It's more a thick broth. Overall, I'd not only order from here again, but I'd reorder everything again.

The boiled Shrimp, Pork & Chives Dumplings were spectacular. Perfect amount of filling and excellent flavor. The hot and Hot & Sour Soup was more sour than hot (lacking some pepper), but still tasty. The Stir Fried Thick Rice Noodles with beef was the best. The beef was velveted and extremely tender. Overall, this was an excellent meal.

Kung Pao Shrimp was 98% carrots and celery with possibly 4 shrimp/s. $28 is outrageous for this dish. Most dishes are truly overpriced.

All the dumplings were really salty and the sauce that came with the Soybean Paste Noodle was extremely salty. Also portion of Chong Ching Spicy Chicken was small for the $20 price for that item. Spent $100 and was very disappointed

The food that I've ordered from here is of the best quality and the flavors are amazing! The pepper steak is the best that I've ever had! The hot and sour soup, egg drop soup with tomatoes, and the dumplings made me appreciate all the combinations of flavors. You have to try this place.
