A family emergency has our household using DoorDash daily past week. Northside has been used multiple times, each order with perfection. Someone cares about who is on other end - how truly refreshing! A must use local deli. Do not hesitate to use Northside. I'll be back for sure!

Awesome local deli with traditional NY deli fare and terrific homemade cooking - breakfast sandwiches are top-notch and they're served all day! The heroes for lunch are beyond compare and the made-on-premises salads and hot entrées are always a treat, all served up by a dedicated crew that's been working at Northside long enough to know the regulars yet are enthusiastic enough to welcome newcomers with equal warmth. That's the experience when walking in the joint, but I'm equally pleased to discover that they've managed to maintain the same level of old-fashioned stellar sandwich-expertise while serving via Doordash...no skimping on portions, the care with which they prepare their dishes are identical, whether you walk in the door or you place the order online. You won't be disappointed! Take it from a frequent customer, both in-person (for YEARS) and now online, too, the quality of the food and service at Northside Deli is unparalleled, so definitely check them out - you're guaranteed to become a regular!

Far and away the best deli in Northport, and I'd possibly go so far as to say the one of the best on Long Island. Consistently delicious, excellent service, and wonderful staff. I truly could not give this place higher praise!

As always Northside Deli is the best on Long Island! Roast beef was incredibly fresh as were all the ingredients in my sandwich from the bread to the lettuce to the tomato. Perfection.

I placed a very large order of various cold cuts, various salads,
sandwiches, and baked goods.
The quality of the baked goods was poor.
Other delis put paper between slices of liverwurst as it is soft and sticks to itself. I specified liverwurst to be sliced very thick. It was sliced very thin. What I received was one big liverwurst pate.
The roast beef in the sandwich was overcooked and there was no melted mozzarella
I expected the fish sandwich to be flounder or sole like I get everywhere else. I received big chunks of dry codfish which is only good in fish and chips. The tartar sauce was left out. The super dry hard fish needed it.
I will not buy their sandwiches again.
Maybe my order was too large and they were in a rush. Tracking indicated that the dasher was waiting for a while.
