Whoever owns this coffee company really knows what they are doing in terms of marketing, quality, customer satisfaction, and highly talented baristas. I don't leave reviews that often, but Northwest Grind can't go unnoticed. I order a very specific coffee, and they never fail to make it perfectly. The shots are never burnt! The consistency of the Big Train is always good - not too thick and not too runny. The Redbull drinks are also better than any other stand I have been. They offer sugar free choices and so many flavors - your options are like borderline endless lol. Not to mention - this place is just so cute! It's chic and the logos are so adorable! You can tell the baristas really value what they do and want their customers to leave happier than when they arrived! If you haven't tried this place, stop going to other coffee stands and chains, put your car in reverse, and drive there stat because this place is worth every penny! MY NEW FAV. A+++++

Love Northwest Grind, love the many options they have in flavors. The Spinach Feta Pretzel was a great portion and really delicious, love the new protein blended drinks. Would definitely order again.

We used to love this place but the last 3 times the food was not edible. It seems like they heat the food on high in the microwave for a long time. Can't cut the biscuits and the sandwiches are rubbery.

The Biscuits & Gravy were good, but the biscuit was so darn hard. 🥲 And idk if we had to order extra icing, but it was barely a dab of it on the Cinnamon Roll and we had to put butter to soften it up 🥹
