They did not include the TOPS Malibu "Heart" Sparkler Candle I sent as a gift for my mothers birthday so we could sing to her as we are in Austin and had a local nbc deliver to my mom in the colony. Cakes are always amazing but was let down. She is 80.

Multiple bad orders!!! Ordered Biscoff® Cookie Butter Cake Bundtlet and never received it. Got sucked into buying multiple to only not receive the one I've been trying to order for a solid week. Hoax, bad service, knew they didn't put primary item in bag and sent the order anyway. Don't order from the Lebanon Rd location.
