Unfortunately the food here has really gone downhill. It used to be really good and fresh but the last 2-3 orders I've done it's always been dry, bland and seemed rushed. The very last order honestly tasted like it was made the day before and microwaved. I'm really sad because I used to love it here and would order regularly. After this last time I've decided to never order again it was much worse than any other fast food and for double the price.

Was sent a pink beef burger when I paid extra for an Impossible patty (I am vegetarian). Fries were burnt and I did not received the dip I also paid extra for. Complete waste of money for food I could not eat. Never again.

order fries with meal and got tater tots instead (don't like tater tots) a little disappointed
but burger was great
