Big fan of the Chicago thin crust and Hand Tossed! Everyone loves Garlic Knots and Ranch. We also like ordering the Grandma Style when we have a big group or a lot of kids- it's a bigger pizza with medium thickness crust and cut into rectangles so easy.

Detroit Red Top pizza. The pizza was hot and fresh when delivered but I would not purchase again. crust very dense, thick bread texture, half the pizza sauce was on top of the box when we received. Sauce was ok, little tart. The pizza was 6 small pieces not worth the money.

Pizza was overcooked and cold - the cheese was actually hard; it must have been sitting there for at least 30 mins. Toppings were sparce. A couple of pieces had nothing on it. I don't know who is making delivery pizzas tonight but this was a big fail. What an insult to Chicago Tavern pizza. So disappointing.
None of my requests for extra chickpeas and extra goat cheese on my Beet Salad were honored - even when I agreed to upcharges. It was basically a bowl of arugula with a few beets and a sprinkle of goat cheese. I counted 8 chickpeas. I order from Novella at least once a week. This will be my last. What a bummer and huge waste of money. I'm throwing the pizza out - it's pretty disgusting.

The food is overrated. Wings are frozen and heated up with lots of fatty skin and extremely overpriced. The truffle fries are extremely generic compared to gourmet truffle fries sold at competitors selling the same. The BBQ pizza was ok, but nothing to rave about. Overall, I would highly encourage one to think long and hard before investing this kind of money in mere fast food. Way overpriced. I was a first time customer who recently moved to the area. I won't be back.

Spent $100 to get a Michigan Cherry 14" and Margherita 14" and BOTH were disgusting. The crust actually tastes like cardboard, both pizzas had been burned all over the bottom and had burned bubbles all over them. For what you pay, order elsewhere, if you complain you get maybe $28 back. The quality has completely bottomed out and we won't even dine in at this place again.
