NU Chicken fries their chicken in avocado oil and their fries in beef tallow. They are making great food with quality ingredients! Taste is beyond what other resturaunts are serving!

The batter wasn't fully cooked on the Chicken Tender Meal making it raw after the initial crunch. It had potential to be great if they let it fry through longer. The chicken portion was large, definitely 1 tender could easily feed an average adult. Unfortunately the raw batter ruined it for me and probably wouldn't order it again.

I love that I can eat gluten free fried chicken somewhere in worcester and its so flavorful even if you dont get spice. I just wish food wasnt so expensive right now but its worth it to not get sick from fried chicken for once! Awesome place!
