My order was missing a burger. I went in and was initially told it would take 10 minutes to remake the order. When I expressed my concern if the other food getting cold before the burger was done there were able to have them make it right away. Unfortunately my order was not relayed correctly to the cook and it came with lettuce even though I asked for no lettuce. I asked to have pickles added. ... there were no pickles. Also when I got home 12 minutes later the freshly made burger had the bottom bun coated in grease. Also I'm assuming they ran out of straws because my milkshakes came with 2 regular sized straws and I was unable to drink my milkshake as those straws were completely inadequate. I ended up needing to eat my milkshake with a spoon.

The door dash menu is a bit strange; I added cheese to the burger but it was listed separately and then came in a single serve container. It was melted so we couldn't really add it to the burger. Food came piping hot and we love having a delivery and pick up option for Nutty's.

The fish and chips were excellent! I had ordered extra tartar sauce- but only received the two extra ones. Will have to clarifying if it comes with any to begin with. I would have said I "loved" it- but they had not seen the order and had not even been started when we arrived.
