Pretty good but I was a little shocked that there was only one hashbrown for the $6 cost.

Don't get chicken fingers and fries frozen from bag not real chicken, fries were uncooked in the middle. Serving of fries was fries 10 total. Ordered bacon egg and cheese and got turkey bacon. Would not order again.

If you're trying to fulfill a craving for the North Raleigh location - don't. Same logo, same store name. Totally different taste of bread/bagel. I ordered a plain bacon egg and cheese and got an egg bagel that almost had my pregnant-self throwing up. It also didn't come with bacon- it was either ham or similar Canadian bacon. The plain with cream cheese had no flavor/texture of the bagel was off. Would rather just door dash brueggers.

This place used to be good.  Since they've added all these new menu items, it seems like they never get the order right and the quality is hit or miss.  You get one hash brown though the menu says two.  Tried the steak and cheese sandwich, it had some weird mayo on it and the seasoning on the steak was terrible.  
Nowadays *if* they get your bagel order right, there's barely any cream cheese on it anymore.  They used to make excellent veggie cream cheese.  What little bit you get completely it lacks flavor.  I also tried the chicken kabob with rice and pickled veggies on the side.  The kabob was dry and instead,  it came with buttery white rice, a tiny bit of salad, some hummus and more of that weird mayo.  Just overall disappointing and a waste of money.  I've given up on them.

Bakers dozen is supposed to consist of 13 bagels. I got 12 and I put in the comments which types of bagels I wanted and I did not get half of what I asked for. They also were extremely hard bagels, like 2 or 3 day old bagels. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I got it on a roll. That's a big difference, especially if you're from New York. . They could do better, a lot better.
