I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. The bouquet delivered looked nothing like the deluxe arrangement that was ordered, and honestly it was embarrassing to receive something so much smaller and underwhelming than expected.
On top of that, the delivery arrived about 20 minutes late, and the driver explained that the store was behind because they didn’t have enough staff. It really felt like this business primarily focuses on balloons and simply tried to capitalize on Mother’s Day flower orders without being prepared to fulfill them properly. Packaging different than displayed, flower species & color different, and less full than display.
Overall, this did not match the quality, presentation, or service that was paid for or advertised.

This was an absolute terrible bouquet. It is nothing like the one I requested. It looks extremely small and the tulips looked not fresh at all. They were pink colored tulips that were wrapped in red colored paper which is so odd and the jar was so small and not like the image shown. The problem wasn't handled professionally at all. If they were busy and couldn't keep up, they should've stopped order deliveries through doordash not just send wrong items to customers.
