• 1/31/25Bland broth. Ordered rare beef that was overcooked and tough. Served in cardboard bowl which noodles stuck to like glue. Bean shoots were lumped in with noodles and overcooked beef so were soggy and cooked rather than being a fresh topping. Skimped on toppings with only 2 pieces of fresh chilli and a tiny piece of dried out lemon with no juice but they gave a huge bunch of Vietnamese mint. Flavours completely out of balance. Dasher requested UTENSILS as ordered but restaurant advised they didn't have any. Just moving house so no utensils at home. HOW DO YOU EAT A NOODLE SOUP WITHOUT UTENSILS? Restaurant has Asian grocer across road to get supplies. If not prepared to provide UTENSILS as ordered CONTACT CUSTOMER with option to cancel or order something that doesn't need UTENSILS. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Unprofessional and not worthy of my patronage.
