The steak we ordered was the saddest looking steak I have ever had. It was gray and just as plain as could be, no taste at all. My potato was good. They didn't include any plastic ware or rolls. I had purchased extra rolls which they did send, but they were burnt and so hard you had to pull the outside off to get to the soft inside. My sons chicken fingers, one of them, was all breading and hardly any chicken, but his smashed potatoes were good and so was his Mac and cheese.

The O'Charlies chicken tenders salad and chicken tenders and fries were great . The delivery was a bit dis jointed because your app for the driver has my house in the wrong location the map takes your drivers to the wrong street . I have to assist the drivers to get to my house all of the time . Update your app to use a good map instead of google maps because google won't fix their map info to be correct.
