Great experience! Food was all cooked exactly as we asked and warm when it arrived. Delivery was perfect also.
We will definitely order from O' Charley's again!

Chicken was over cooked, old and cold. Bake Potatoe was old and brown or the inside. Cheese Cake was very small for 6$ and we didn't receive corn or rolls.

Their sandwich and soup is usually pretty good, but today the potato soup tasted like nacho cheese with potatoes in it instead of soup (it was quite salty), and the club sandwich was missing the bacon that came on it. I'm sure they are overworked and understaffed. I'm merely marking that this day was a bit of a miss.

Potato skins were thin, burnt and had no toppings except cheese. Tenders were mostly breading. Potato soup was watery with no potatoes in it. Cheese wedges were hollow with very little cheese. Ranch was missing from kids tenders. Side of carrots was missing on other kids tenders. Marinara sauce had a chunk of unknown food in it.

Haven't eaten here in years, I had my hopes up for this place but I was overall disappointed. Would not recommend ordering fish from here, I chewed on the same piece for 10 minutes. My broccoli was brown and tasted like garbage. I was really looking forward to drinking my raspberry ice tea until I was severely disappointed by it being completely forgotten. The drink was not received. The pickles were tolerable but also a disappointment. The rolls were the best part of the meal.
